C-Change was designed with the premise that the construction industry continues to move towards a model that embraces prefabrication. This model plays out in systems furniture design and residential housing exclusively. CW Keller joined the team early on and brought their engineering and modeling experience along with their CNC and fabrication knowledge to allow the design teams goals to be executed. Subcontractors were required to integrate their shop drawings into a central 3D model and all fabrication was done from this model. CW Keller fabricated and installed floors, walls, ceilings and furniture for this 10,000 sf office fit out.
